The work we are carrying out in the United Kingdom is varied and reflects mostly the investment potential of various properties around London. Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds, Property Developers, Independent Investors, Estate Agents, Offshore Companies, and also private individuals for most residential projects.

A KALEIDOSCOPE OF PROJECTS

NEW FLATSNEW BUILT

8No NEW FLATS AT PERRYMANS WAY - ILFORD FOR LEONARD SANFORD                          The key to this design is its simplicity. It is necessary to recognise that we are living through a period of rapid change, which we fuel with our desire for the latest new thing. Novelty as an end in itself is highly rated. Instead of pleasure in its profounder forms, we pursue distraction. We are preoccupied by ideas of the future when what we are really trying to do is make the present feel new and engaging, even exciting. We are, in fact, truly bored. In architecture this translates into rolling programmes of refurbishment. We change everything and nothing. If our interest in the future is really the desire for a present which satisfies us - physically, visually and psychologically - can we develop perpetually interesting forms which exist outside the forces of time and fashion? This, I believe, is what the aesthetic of simplicity, with its vast and paradoxical potential for richness and sensuality, offers. Less is more, and it's NOT boring.

PRIVATE HOUSEPRIVATE HOUSE

HOUSE FOR MISS ELISABETH CALA
This was an opportunity to design a single persons home in the heart of London. Elisabeth is graduating from her Master's degree this year and wanted a house which would be, in her own words, the 'EPITOMY OF WHO I AM'.

To be built on the site of two redundant garages, the house is made of 3 storeys. Basement kitchen and dinning, ground floor sitting/living space, mezzanine study and library, 1st floor bedroom and bathroom and the roof terrace.
